Where do you ship?​

We currently only ship within the US. As we grow our business we hope to ship to all of you worldwide!

Your shipping seems a little expensive.  Can you offer discounts of some kind?

Sorry, no, we can’t.  We have shopped around for the best deal for our customers and at this time, USPS offers us the lowest prices for care of our products.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

We do our best to package and ship items within a 1-3 day turn around time. Once your order is given to USPS, it is up to their services to deliver within 1-3 days. This usually means items will arrive within 2-7 business days from the date of order.

Are you an eco-friendly company?

Yes, we are! We love the planet and all the animals who inhabit it. We use organic, plant based ingredients in our products. For packaging we use recyclable cardboard boxes, compostable cello bags, and tissue paper . If a product requires a bottle, we use glass.

​Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to the nature of soap, we do not take returns and/or give refunds. Cancellations will not be accepted after the product has shipped. 

​Help! My goodies are damaged/ has the wrong products or is missing a product!

Oh no! So sorry your goodies did not make the trip. Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page  and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
